چکیده

This work introduces a novel method for the detection of H2O2 vapor/aerosol low concentrations, which is mainly applied in sterilization equipment medical industry. Interdigitated electrode (IDE) structures have been fabricated by means microfabrication techniques. A differential setup IDEs was prepared, containing an active sensor element (active IDE) and passive (passive IDE), where former immobilized with enzymatic membrane horseradish peroxidase that selective towards H2O2. Changes IDEs’ capacitance values versus element) under atmosphere proved concentration range up to 630 ppm fast response time (<60 s). The influence relative humidity also tested regard signal, showing no cross-sensitivity. repeatability assessment IDE biosensors confirmed their stable capacitive signal eight subsequent cycles exposure vapor/aerosol. Room-temperature such miniaturized will allow future three-dimensional, flexible mapping aseptic chambers help evaluate assurance

An enzyme biosensor based on gold interdigitated thin film electrodes for water quality control

A conductometric proteinase K biosensor for organic matter monitoring in rivers has been developed. In fact, with approximately 30% of the total Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), proteins were chosen to be used as indicators of urban pollution. Proteinase K hydrolyzes proteins into different ionic amino-acids which results in local conductivity changes. In this work, we began with the optimization ...

An amperometric H2O2 biosensor based on hemoglobin nanoparticles immobilized on to a gold electrode

The nanoparticles (NPs) of hemoglobin (Hb) were prepared by desolvation method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV spectroscopy and Fourier-transform IR (FTIR) spectroscopy. An amperometric H2O2 biosensor was constructed by immobilizing HbNPs covalently on to a polycrystalline Au electrode (AuE). HbNPs/AuE were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyc...

A biomimetic enzyme modified electrode for H2O2 highly sensitive detection.

An efficient catalyst based on artificial bionic peroxidase was synthesized for electrocatalysis. A poly(ethyleneimine)/Au nanoparticle composite (PEI-AuNP) was prepared and it was then linked to hemin via a coupling reaction between carboxyl groups in hemin and amino groups in PEI without the activation of a carboxyl group by carbodiimide. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy verifie...

An Extended-gate Type Organic FET Based Biosensor for Detecting Biogenic Amines in Aqueous Solution.

This study is the first to report on the detection of biogenic amines in an aqueous solution using an organic field-effect transistor (OFET) device with an extended gate electrode modified with a layer of diamine oxidase and a horseradish peroxidase osmium-redox polymer. The limit of detection (LOD) for histamine was estimated to be 1.2 μM. These results reveal that extended-gate type OFET devi...
